We Want You to Enjoy Your Stay

However certain rules must be followed at all times.    

• No parties or events Please respect the neighbours.
• No illegal streaming on the internet Extra guests must be approved prior to them staying, overnight guests are not permitted.
• No smoking inside the house, please use the cigarette bins provided at the front door.
• No shoes upstairs, a shoe tray is provided for storage.
• Pets must be pre approved by us prior to your arrival. In the event of a violation of any of these rules, we reserve the right to contact the relevant authorities and additional charges may apply.
• We want to make our property suitable for a wide range of travellers and have opted to make our property pet friendly! Your furry friend can come and enjoy the stay too.
• We provide dog bowls, a dog bed, dog blanket and towel.
• A pet cleaning fee of £25 is chargeable for pet stays and we do have some house rules for them:
  • No pets on the furnishings or upstairs to prevent odours and damage. Please use the stairgate provided to aid with this.
  • Pets must be house trained. Be a responsible dog owner, use poop bags to clean up any offerings! Be aware of how long your dog is being left in the property unattended.
  • Please keep your pet in the kitchen whilst you are out in order to prevent any unforeseen circumstances such as chewing furniture and to make any cleaning up of toilet accidents easier. There is a close by park for you to take them for a walk.
